Products Description

Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound that exists widely in nature. In 1940, the Japanese first discovered resveratrol in the root of the plant resveratrol. In the 1870s, it was first discovered in the skin of grapes. Due to the presence of veratrol, it can exist in plants in the free form of trans and cis, both of which have antioxidant biological activity, and the biological activity of the trans isomer is higher than that of the cis.

Resveratrol widely exists in nature, such as grapes, knotweed, peanuts, mulberry and other plants. It is the main raw material in the pharmaceutical, chemical, health care products, and cosmetic industries. In cosmetic applications, resveratrol has whitening, freckle, and anti-aging properties. It can improve skin problems such as chloasma and reduce wrinkles.

Ⅰ.Whitening

Resveratrol can be used as a skin whitening agent, it can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase ; animal studies and clinical trials have proved that 1% resveratrol can reduce the pigmentation caused by ultraviolet rays . It also fights against photoaging by inhibiting the synthesis of melanin, resulting in fairer skin and reduced melasma.

Ⅱ.Anti-aging

Resveratrol has antioxidant properties, which can delay the photoaging process of the skin by reducing the expression of AP-1 and NF-kB factors, thereby protecting cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals and ultraviolet radiation on the skin. Research shows that resveratrol applied topically to the skin can protect against UV-induced damage and help reduce collagen loss and symptoms of skin aging.
